auction the majority of the inventory of a major Fort Lauderdale antique and
architectural store.

owner Brian Kogan has announced that his Gallery has been retained to auction the
bulk of the inventory of Eastside Antique Market & Architectural Depot in Fort
Lauderdale as part of an insurance settlement.

The 10,000 square foot shop on SW 14th Street in Fort Lauderdale will provide the venue
for a massive three day sales event that will be held on three different dates, each
with a different theme, September 29, October 27 and November 3. Each sale will
consist of 400 to 500 lots. Kogan has divided each segment of the sale into
in-person and eBay Live sections. The early sessions of each sale, 10:00AM to 1:00PM
will have no online presence. The second portion, 2:00PM to 5:00Pm will be online.
The September section of the sale will focus on Antiques, Decorations and
Collectibles, the October segment on Antiques, Stained Glass and Huge Quantity of
Lighting Fixtures and the November portion will offer Antique Architectural and
Garden Statuary.

The inventory will include hundreds of hand-picked treasures from around the world,
a unique, unusual and eclectic collection that includes antique furniture, buffets,
dressers, sideboards, tables, garden statuary, benches and chairs, architectural
elements in stone and wood, a large selection of wrought iron, including columns,
massive gates and doors, corbels, fountains and planters, cast iron, a quantity of
enormous museum frames, curio cabinets, beautiful stained glass, porcelain and
china, brass beds and cribs, coach lights, mantels, nautical pieces, costumes,
shabby chic, primitive tribal sculpture, costume jewelry, Florida Folk Art. Old
Florida garden pottery, pedestals, religious items, sconces, mirrors, chandeliers, a
large quantity of outdoor lighting, marble top tables and geological artifacts. If
you need it, inside or out for home, business or restaurant, it probably will cross
the block in the three days of the sale.

Previews for the onsite September sale will begin Saturday September 22 and will
available each day until auction time on the 29th. Previews for the other dates will
be announced. Previews and sales will be conducted at Eastside Antique Market &
Architectural Depot, 99 SW 14th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Directions to the sale

Phone bids and absentee bids will be accepted through Auction Gallery of the Palm
Beaches but reserved seating will not be offered for the 100 spaces available at
each sale.
